At school today, we were talking about heroes(like Terry Fox). I wrote a bit about heroes in my notebook. We were supposed to write about a hero in our life but I wrote this:
I don’t know anyone in my life that is a hero.But I do know what a hero is like. It’s like a firefighter. It’s that heros always think of others first, do their best, risk their lives and face their fears and stuff like that. I know that a hero sets unrealistic goals to accomplish big things. Thats a hero.
Heroes don’t always have capes, masks or superpowers. They can be like a family member to firefighters and police. Sometimes they don’t even know there doing something hero-like! Thats a hero.
I once heard that a boy saves his little brother. People say that the boy is scared of heights. His brother got stuck on a electric tower. People also say that the boy is a guardian angel. But thats like a hero.
Thats all I can think of about heroes.
I don’t know if my teacher will like it. . .
