Wonder why? Because sometimes people accidentally get way too stressed, and their head explodes (Not really). So they find a secret, private space, and sit down and CRY TILL YOU FEEL BETTER. Insane, but it’s good.
Dr.Grace’s Prescription:
Take a break and think things out, or do yoga, read, you can do anything your heart desires. I usually go on my bed, think, write in my diary, pray, read, or just feel the wind on my face through my open window. . .
