One of my work:

What will this year be like? Write some of your thoughts and questions about year to come.

Some things I hope will be the same: I hope that Coco will still be my friend, because she moved last year, and made some new friends. I hope she doesn’t forget me. I also hope to be alive, because no one wants to die.

Some things I expect to be different: I want Coco to come back, because she moved to Coquitlam. I hope that I won’t worry about being sick, because it;s no fun to think about.

Some things I hope to achieve this year: I hope I can write on my blog more, make friends with everybody in the class, and answer more questions in class. I want my site to be more popular, have more friends to have fun with, and put my hand up because I want to show people how smart I am.

Some special plans I have: My birthday, because I’m going to be ten. Ten has two digits, more digits than nine! I also am probably going to San Francisco to see my grandparents.

At the end of the year, I hope I can look back and say: I saw Coco, my site is more popular, I made new friends, answered more questions in class, went to San Francisco on a train, turned ten ( I had a birthday party!!) and met most of my goals.

Since the Olympics are in my town (kinda) , I wanted to say,
Happy Olympics!
Here’s a poem I found (REMEMBER, I did not write it. I found it.)

Olympic race

Standing and waiting for the race to begin
I’m getting quite nervous
Am I going to win?

Getting into position, I wait at the start
I have practiced many times
I have passion, I act with heart.

Just one last effort, I pass the finish line.
Am I first, last, where am I?
What’s my time?

I stand on the podium, proud and bold
I represent Canada
With an Olympic GOLD!

V-Day and Oral Reports

Obviously, Valentines Day is coming.
It’s okay, depending on my super fancy valentines cards.

I did a new book report on paper.
I presented it on Wednesday,!0.
I got an 8/10.
I did it.

You guys know I’m super shyish, so I’m pretty happy.

I don’t want to SOUND MEAN, but I got a comment that was MEANER than I am now.
I will not say who it is.

Anyway, I might be lucky to have a blog.
I’m happy about it, and that is enough.

Things are okay at school. But things are awesome at home.
Also, I’m going to ask my teacher if we can a writing contest.
I’m going to show a poem soon. about that!

Cry. And scream.

Wonder why? Because sometimes people accidentally get way too stressed, and their head explodes (Not really). So they find a secret, private space, and sit down and CRY TILL YOU FEEL BETTER. Insane, but it’s good.

Dr.Grace’s Prescription:
Take a break and think things out, or do yoga, read, you can do anything your heart desires. I usually go on my bed, think, write in my diary, pray, read, or just feel the wind on my face through my open window. . .
Aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh.. . . . . . .

All I’ve got today. The poem is being worked on, so. . .

Skating. . . .When I Know How

So today I was skating with Paulina and Kyle. I FINALLY KNOW HOW TO SKATE, THANKS TO GLORIA’S FRIEND’S DAD!!!!!

It was fun.
You know, we just logged around, watching kids fall down. . .

Gloria wrote on her blog, a little while ago.
It is kinda boring.
Gracie will show new poem soon,
only if you promise to take short posts. Ok?

Plain Love

Love is plain.

Okay, so that means that YOU are special, no matter what others say about you. I know that, especially. . . .
If people say you’re too much of everything, don’t believe them. They are probably too jealous to say anything else.
Or they’re saying that you are the exact opposite.
Don’t listen, and feel good about yourself.

Sorry for the shortness of the post, but I’m kinda busy.
